He personally experienced the frustration of trying to dispose of a couple of mattresses over Memorial Day weekend. He was met with either outrageously high prices or companies unavailable to help that weekend. After countless calls, Jim had to figure out how to dispose of them himself.
He wanted to build a business that would offer people peace of mind by helping them get rid of unwanted belongings and reclaim their living spaces, whether inside or outside their homes.

This personal experience shaped Jim’s commitment to providing reliable, timely, and fair dumpster rental services that genuinely help people simplify their cleanouts.

We rented a dumpster from One Dial after seeking out three quotes. First of all, Jim was the only one to follow up immediately, even though it was on a weekend (after purchasing a new shed and realizing we would need to demo the old one ourselves). He also followed up a couple days later to see if we had made a decision - and not in an annoying way - just as a reminder. That was my first clue that he’s very customer service-centered. We ultimately chose One Dial because it was a very reasonable price and we didn’t know exactly what the weight would be. As it turns out, having an extra ton for a 20 yard dumpster over his competitors worked out well for us. The delivery was easy, as was pick-up. The open line of text communication during the process was much appreciated! We have done a lot of reno since buying this house and we’ve had a lot of dealings with contractors of different trades.
